1. Gloves

Boxing gloves are divided into types, the main ones of which are listed below

Training Gloves

Are lighter, made of canvas, and have less padding than competition gloves. They are usually wrapped in gauze that has been dipped in glue or rubber solution before being laced up.

Bag Gloves

Are for hitting a punching bag only. They have only enough padding to protect the knuckles, not an opponent.

Fighting Gloves

Are used for sparring and amateur fight competition, they have a lot of padding on the front, back, and wrist, to protect both the opponent and the person wearing them.

Professional Fight Night Gloves

Are colored differently than amateurs’ gloves. They are red for the left glove, and blue for the right glove. The padding is tightly packed in to reduce the force of impact. They are not meant for any other type of use.

2. Boxing Shoes
